Job summary

Option Care Health in Sun Valley is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to provide direct and indirect patient care under a physician’s plan of care in a Medicare-certified home health setting. As a licensed RN with supervisory experience, you will oversee care planning, staff scheduling, education, and compliance with federal/state regulations.

The role requires travel up to 50% within state and to support operations across the region.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a license in the state of practice and 1 year of nursing supervisory/charge experience, or 3+ years of relevant nursing experience with progression.
• CPR certification is required.
• Membership in a state or national professional organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under a physician’s plan of care.
• Oversee patient assessment, care planning, and education of patients and caregivers.
• Supervise and evaluate nursing staff; review and modify care plans as needed.
• Assist in on-call responsibilities and maintain compliance with regulations.
