Job summary

Option Care Health Inc. is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to provide direct and indirect patient care under a physician's plan and within agency policies. The role includes supervising staff, evaluating care plans, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

The position may require acting as Administrator/Director of Nursing during absences and overseeing operations to maintain high-quality infusion services. A RN license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• RN license in current state of practice.
• 1 year of nursing supervisory/charge experience or 3+ years of nursing with progression.
• Certified in CPR.
• Member of a state or national professional organization.
• Access to reliable transportation (valid driver's license & insurance).
• Knowledge of local, state, federal regulations and OSHA rules.
• Experience in customer service and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate patient care and staff performance.
• Oversee development and modification of the Plan of Care.
• Coordinate nursing operations with operations leadership.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
• Participate in education and orientation programs for staff.
• Assist in recruitment, training and assignment of staff.
