Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with automated scheduling platforms required.
• Experience in healthcare scheduling preferred.
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor census, staffing, admissions and discharges to ensure adequate staff per shift.
• Prepare monthly staffing schedule and communicate issues to staff.
• Amend staffing schedules to provide quality patient care.
• Find coverage for nursing time-off and call-outs.
• Track absenteeism and report as assigned.
• Coordinate staffing for program transports.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Calculate lateness, FTE, and weekend shift reports; distribute to leaders.
• Collect and calculate time clock adjustment forms and punch reports.
• Work with HR and payroll to resolve paycheck issues.
• Attend staffing and nursing leadership meetings.
