• Checking in staff daily and being available to deal with their concerns.
• Managing and collection information concerning usage, retention, and termination.
• Print out and update daily staffing schedules.
• Contact and communicate with management and department directors.
• Assist in the recruitment and hiring of nurses and nurses aide.
• Updating Staffing on The DOH website and posting in a timely manner.
• Payroll.
• Managing time and attendance of the staff
