PACS Group is seeking a dedicated staffing coordinator to ensure adequate staffing for the facility's nursing department, guided by budget and census. You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services, Human Resources, and facility leadership to optimize coverage and improve resident care.

Responsibilities include maintaining staffing calendars, updating phone lists, handling attendance records, and coordinating interviews for new hires, while protecting resident privacy and following

Responsabilidades

• Maintain current listing of resident care employee phone numbers.
• Update business office with department managers' phone numbers.
• Maintain daily tardy and absenteeism calendars.
• Report to DNS all employees with excess tardiness or absenteeism.
• Coordinate scheduling for modified work duty employees.
• Complete nursing department employee records upon hiring, reclassification and discharge.
• Assist with forms related to scheduling and staffing.
• Prepare monthly nursing schedules and post work sheets/time schedules.
• Coordinate variances with the DNS and review scheduling issues.
• Develop relationship with interdepartmental personnel to ensure efficient operation.
