• Coordinate monthly nursing schedules to ensure unit coverage.
• Prepare and post work schedules and time sheets; coordinate variances with DNS.
• Assist with interviewing CNA applicants and orientation scheduling.
• Compile reports for the DNS and other committees related to staffing.
