PACS in Alabama seeks a Staffing Coordinator to ensure adequate nursing department staffing aligned with budget and census. You will manage scheduling, attendance, and workflow across units, coordinating with the Director of Nursing Services and HR to meet facility needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining staff rosters, posting schedules, coordinating interviews, ensuring time cards and orientation readiness, and reporting staffing issues to DNS.

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

• Manage staffing and scheduling for the nursing department to meet census and budget.
• Maintain daily attendance and tardiness calendars and coordinate with DNS and HR on staffing adjustments.
• Prepare and post nursing schedules, time sheets, and related reports.
