Trilogy Health Services is hiring to support the nursing department at the Ferdinand, IN facility. The role assists the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the nursing service program in compliance with applicable rules.

The position emphasizes creating a four-week master schedule, posting schedules and postings, managing hours and attendance, and coordinating PTO, shift trades, and onboarding for new staff to ensure seamless

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.
• 1-3 Years of relevant scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates the campus' four (4) week Master set schedule and posts schedule in accordance with the Scheduling Standards policy.
• Generates all required postings such as BIPA, daily assignment sheets, and monthly schedules.
• Manages nursing hours (PPD) and proper staff ratio to census.
• Manages Time and Attendance, including Attendance points, buy‑backs, shift pickup incentives.
• Utilizes Smartlinx's functionality, including posting open shifts, filling open shifts, PTO approval/denial and employee messaging.
• Manages, supports, and coordinates employees' PTO requests, holiday rotations, and shift trades.
• Meets each new employee to review their schedule, ask what needs they have, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
