Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a high school education or its equivalent.
• CNA or Certified Medication Aid license is a plus.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English fluently; able to read technical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current listing of resident care employee phone numbers and posting of managers’ numbers.
• Coordinate nursing schedules to ensure coverage and coordinate with DNS on staffing issues.
• Assist in interviewing CNAs and ensure proper time cards and schedules for orientation.
