Talentify in Florissant, MO is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support nursing and facility staffing needs for residents and teams.

You will coordinate scheduling, receive coverage requests, monitor staffing levels, and collaborate with management to resolve conflicts while maintaining accurate staff availability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing schedules for nursing and other facility departments.
• Receive and act on requests for staff coverage promptly.
• Monitor staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage for resident care.
• Collaborate with management and frontline staff to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain employee availability lists and contact information.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and scheduling orientation of new staff.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state staffing requirements.
