Responsabilidades

• Maintain a current listing of resident care employee phone numbers and schedules.
• Coordinate nursing department staffing to ensure adequate coverage.
• Assist with hiring records, time cards, and related documentation.
• Report staffing issues to the Director of Nursing Services (DNS).
• Prepare and post monthly nursing schedules and attendance records.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and DNS on scheduling modified duties when needed.
