Job summary

The Twinsburg SNF Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in a 24/7 care setting. The ADON will supervise licensed and non-licensed staff, help plan and implement nursing services, and ensure residents receive high-quality care.

Responsibilities include daily rounds, staff training, regulatory compliance, resident safety, and serving as DON back-up when needed. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of nurse management experience, preferably in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Assist DON in planning, developing, and supervising nursing staff activities.
• Assist in development and implementation of nursing services, policies and procedures.
• Recruit, hire, and train nursing staff; conduct performance appraisals and address disciplinary actions.
• Provide back-up for DON, RN and LVN staff; may provide direct patient care as needed.
• Oversee clinical operations, daily rounds, and monitor resident conditions.
