Job summary

Talentify an experienced RN leader to step into the role of Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in our skilled nursing facility. You will guide daily operations, mentor staff, and uphold clinical standards to deliver high-quality resident care.

The ADON will monitor regulatory compliance, participate in quality assurance and performance improvement, oversee staff scheduling and education, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• Leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to foster a positive and team-oriented work environment.
• Passion for resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations of the nursing department.
• Support and mentor nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and regulatory compliance.
