Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Maumee, OH, seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and overseeing the Nursing Service Department’s daily functions. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards to maintain high-quality care under leadership from the Executive Director, Medical Director, or DON.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current, valid State RN license.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with the DON to help select, retain, develop, and lead the clinical team.
• Assists in coordinating nursing and ancillary services with other department leaders to ensure continuity of residents' care.
• Implements our clinical staffing model and performs administrative duties such as completing forms, reports, audits, evaluations, and charting.
