Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College is seeking a Project Manager for the Nursing Beacon Scholars program for the South Bend-Elkhart area. The role involves coordinating enrollment activities, maintaining student records including NCLEX data, and collaborating with Financial Aid and Bursar to secure necessary scholarship records.

The position is funded at 80% of full-time and reports to the Dean of the School of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in education, business, management or related field preferred.
• Must demonstrate excellent communication and team building skills.
• Knowledge of computer applications and familiarity with computerized records systems required.
• FERPA documentation certifications.
• Ability to work with persons from various social, ethnic, and economic backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Identify candidates who meet Beacon Scholars qualifications.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid to secure records for scholarships and tuition.
• Maintain nursing student records and track NCLEX results.
• Coordinate Beacon Scholars program activities and admissions communications.
• Present quarterly metrics on diversity, equity and inclusion for Beacon Scholars and nursing students.
