Beacon Health System in Granger, IN is hiring a full-time Day shift Manage School Nurse Program to lead the SBCSC school nursing program staff and operations. You will ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance, reporting to the Director of Professional Services & Business Development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with valid Indiana RN license.
3–5 years of related healthcare experience in nursing education, public health, pediatrics or home health.
Prior management/supervisory experience preferred; CPR certification required; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage SBCSC school nursing program staff and operations to ensure quality patient care and compliance.
Maintain quality health care standards according to policies, procedures and regulations.
Serve as Health Services Coordinator as defined by the Indiana Administrative Code; oversee health policies and reporting.
