Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana—South Bend campus is seeking a Project Manager to provide administrative support for the Nursing Beacon Scholars program and nursing students, including reporting, tracking records, and enrollment activities.

This 80% partnership-funded position reports to the Dean of the School of Nursing and collaborates with Admissions, Financial Aid, and other offices to ensure compliance with FERPA and to monitor NCLEX outcomes and diversity metrics.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred in education, business, management or related field.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work with diverse social, ethnic, and economic backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Identify candidates meeting qualifications, including vaccination status and FERPA documentation.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid and Bursar's Office to secure records for Beacon Scholars scholarships.
• Maintain nursing student records and track NCLEX results.
• Monitor diversity, equity and inclusion metrics for Ivy Tech nursing students and Beacon Scholars.
• Coordinate program activities and communications, including application materials and status updates.
• Ensure FERPA compliance and liaise with department chair for enrollment processes.
