Responsibilities

• Monitor census, staffing, scheduled admissions and discharges to ensure adequate staff per shift.
• Prepare monthly staffing schedules and communicate issues to staff.
• Amend staffing schedules to provide quality patient care.
• Find coverage for all nursing time-off requests and call-outs.
• Track absenteeism and distribute reports to leadership.
• Coordinate staffing for program transports as needed.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Attend staffing and nursing leadership meetings.
