Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Novi, MI is seeking a Nursing Scheduling Coordinator to assist the Director of Nursing. You will plan, organize, and direct the nursing service department schedule to meet regulatory requirements and patient needs.

You will post schedules, adjust staffing within budget, manage PTO and shift trades, and support onboarding. This role uses SmartLinx and requires clinical credentials as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Candidates should have a current valid CNA, QMA, LPN or RN credential; non-clinical candidates considered with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates the campus four-week Master set schedule and posts it per policy.
• Makes staffing adjustments based on budget, census, calls-offs, and planned leave.
• Manages PTO requests, holiday rotations, and shift trades.
• Generates postings such as BIPA, daily assignment sheets, and monthly schedules.
• Manages nursing hours (PPD) and staff-to-census ratio.
• Handles Time and Attendance, including attendance points, buy-backs, and shift incentives.
• Uses Smartlinx to post and fill open shifts and communicate with employees.
• Meets new employees to review schedules and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Provides direct patient care as needed within license/certification scope.
