Job summary

Logan Health in Kalispell, MT seeks an experienced RN to serve as Nursing Operations Supervisor. You will act as on-site administrator, coordinating staffing, bed management, and patient flow while ensuring quality, policy compliance, and staff development.

Critical care experience and leadership are highly valued. Qualifications include MT RN license or compact, BSN preferred, five years acute care experience, and at least one year in a leadership role.

Qualifications

• Montana RN license (or compact with MT) required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Minimum five years’ acute care (inpatient) nursing experience.
• Minimum one year leadership (Lead/Charge/Shift Supervisor) experience.
• RQI (BLS) within 7 days; ACLS within 6 months; PALS within 6 months.
• Strong clinical knowledge, confidentiality, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care and administrative activities hospital-wide.
• Coordinate staffing, bed management, and patient flow.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Mentor and develop nursing staff; act as clinical/resource lead.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure policy compliance.
