Responsibilities include hiring and coaching staff, scheduling, regulatory readiness, admissions reviews, and collaboration with leadership to optimize the patient experience. The role also involves occasional hands-on support as needed to maintain clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Montana RN license is required or multi-state compact.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in healthcare.
• 2+ years in Home Health or Hospice preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and healthcare software.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day to day hospice operations and ensuring high quality care.
• Hiring, coaching, evaluating, and managing performance.
• Creating and adjusting clinician schedules to meet patient needs.
• Providing clinical problem solving and serving as primary resource for field staff.
• Reviewing admissions, recertifications, and service plans.
• Assisting intake with referrals and visit availability.
• Leading compliance and quality efforts and regulatory readiness.
• Maintaining clinical competence and hands-on support when needed.
• Collaborating with leadership to enhance patient care.
• Monitoring financial performance and resource use.
