Logan Health Whitefish in Montana is seeking an experienced RN leader to serve as RN Director, Emergency & Critical Care. You will provide strategic and operational leadership for the 9-bed Emergency Department and 4-bed SCU, partnering with physicians and interdisciplinary leaders to advance patient care.

The role requires a BSN, 5+ years of progressive nursing leadership in ED settings, Montana license or multi-state compact, and certification readiness (RQI/BLS, ALS, PALS).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five (5) years of progressive nursing leadership experience, including ED leadership.
• Current Montana RN License or multistate compact license with MT authorization.
• Working knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and clinical operations.
• Ability to lead teams, manage operations and make sound decisions in a complex environment.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Provide leadership and oversight for Emergency Department and SCU operations.
