Job summary

Logan Health in Kalispell, Montana seeks an experienced RN leader to guide a 40-bed Acute Care/Medical-Surgical Unit. You will lead staffing, patient flow, and daily operations while driving quality and safety initiatives and developing the next generation of leaders.

You are a visible, collaborative nurse leader with strong communication skills, adept at balancing patient care with operational priorities in a fast-paced inpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Current Montana RN license or multistate compact license with authorization to practice in Montana.
• BSN is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
• Current RQI Healthcare Provider certification.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, staffing practices, regulatory requirements, and nursing care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing, patient flow, productivity, and day-to-day unit performance.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives that strengthen outcomes and patient safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to solve problems and improve care.
• Develop people and build high-performing teams through coaching and mentorship.
