Job summary

Logan Health Medical Center in Kalispell, Montana is seeking an experienced RN leader to guide our 40-bed Acute Care/Medical-Surgical Unit. You will shape patient care, staff engagement, quality, and operations while building a culture where teams thrive.

This visible, collaborative role requires developing people, navigating complexity, and using data to drive improvement. Qualifications include Montana RN license, BSN, 3 years of leadership, and RQI certification.

Qualifications

Current Montana RN license or multistate compact license with authorization to practice in Montana
BSN required
Minimum of three (3) years of progressive nursing leadership experience
Current RQI Healthcare Provider certification
Knowledge of healthcare operations, staffing practices, regulatory requirements, and nursing care delivery

Responsibilities
