Job summary

Logan Health Medical Center in Kalispell, MT is seeking an RN to join as Nursing Excellence Coordinator. You will advance clinical practice and improve patient and staff outcomes through process improvement, education, and evidence-based practice.

You’ll work across ambulatory and inpatient settings, partner with managers, educators, providers, and leaders, and oversee Shared Governance while aligning with Logan Health’s nursing and system goals.

Qualifications

• Current Montana RN License or compact license
• BSN required; MSN preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred or willing to obtain
• Experience with change management and leadership training preferred
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR required
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ambulatory clinic process-improvement projects and standardize workflows
• Collaborate with staff and leadership to develop clinical workflows
• Review literature to identify evidence-based practices for outcomes
• Coach staff on evidence-based practice and governance
• Use data systems to monitor outcomes and enter data
• Coordinate Shared Governance activities and meetings
• Support Magnet and Pathways journeys through nursing excellence initiatives
