Job summary

Ascension in Milwaukee, WI, seeks a staff member for Labor and Delivery under a Saturday Night PRN schedule. You will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a nurse preceptor, take vital signs, document patient status, and support care planning and transport for diagnostics.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, enrollment in a nursing program within 90 days, and BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Licensure/Certification/Registration

What minimum requirements you’ll need

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Must be accepted or enrolled into a Nursing program upon date of hire/transfer and begin classes within 90 days of date of hire/transfer required.
