Job summary

Ascension St. Francis Hospital in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Registered Nurse in the Behavioral Health department for night, full-time shifts. You will implement and monitor patient care plans, coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team, and ensure orders are carried out while coordinating discharge planning with the healthcare team.

The role requires an RN license and BLS certification, with a diploma from an accredited nursing program. This position is located at Ascension St.

Qualifications

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
