Job summary

Jersey College seeks an experienced Nursing Instructor to deliver classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical instruction for LPN/PN and RN students. You will evaluate student performance, guide professional development, and maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge.

The ideal candidate is an RN with an MSN or higher, strong communication skills, and a commitment to student success. Position requires collaboration with faculty and clinical partners across campuses.

Qualifications

• MSN or higher nursing degree required or higher.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, lab, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN nursing students as assigned.
• Supervise students in clinical settings and ensure safe, professional nursing practice.
• Evaluate student performance and clinical competence per program standards.
