Job summary

Jersey College is seeking an experienced Nursing Instructor to provide high-quality instruction and clinical education for LPN/PN and RN students across classroom, lab, simulation, and clinical settings.

The ideal candidate has an MSN or higher and an active RN license with at least 3 years of RN experience, plus strong communication and collaboration skills to support student success.

Qualifications

• MSN or higher nursing degree required.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent professional RN experience.
• Clinical experience relevant to taught courses and clinical experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students.
• Deliver clinical instruction at long-term care, sub-acute, and acute sites.
• Create a positive learning environment and evaluate student performance.
• Prepare progress and grade reports; maintain attendance records.
• Collaborate with faculty, administration, and clinical partners.
