Job summary

Jersey College is seeking an experienced Nursing Instructor to provide high-quality instruction and clinical education to LPN/PN and RN students. The instructor will deliver classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction, evaluate performance, and guide students toward professional nursing practice.

The position requires a BSN or higher, an active RN license, and a minimum of 3 years of RN experience. Teaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students as assigned.
• Deliver clinical instruction at various care settings and ensure safe nursing practice.
• Create a supportive learning environment and evaluate student performance and competency.
• Prepare progress and grade reports and maintain attendance records.
• Collaborate with faculty, administration, and clinical partners to support student achievement.
