Job summary

Jersey College seeks an experienced Nursing Instructor to deliver classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students. The role involves supervising clinical experiences, evaluating competency, and guiding students toward professional nursing practice.

The ideal candidate holds an MSN or higher and an active RN license in the applicable state, with at least 3 years of RN experience and a commitment to student success.

Qualifications

• MSN or higher nursing degree required.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students.
• Provide clinical instruction at long-term care, sub-acute, and acute sites.
• Create a positive learning environment and assess student performance.
• Maintain attendance records and timely progress reports.
• Collaborate with faculty, clinical partners, and administration.
