Job summary

Jersey College is seeking an experienced Nursing Instructor to provide high-quality instruction and clinical education for LPN/PN and RN students. The role includes classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical teaching across multiple sites as needed.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN or higher, an active RN license, and at least 3 years of RN clinical experience with a passion for teaching and student success.

Qualifications

• BSN or higher nursing degree required.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent professional RN experience.
• Clinical experience relevant to nursing courses and clinical experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction.
• Supervise students in clinical settings and promote safe nursing practice.
• Evaluate student performance and clinical competence.
• Prepare accurate progress and grade reports.
• Attend faculty meetings and participate in program activities.
