Job summary

Jersey College seeks a Nursing Instructor to deliver high-quality nursing instruction and clinical education to LPN/PN and RN students. Instructors may teach in classroom, lab, simulation, or clinical settings, fostering a positive learning environment and guiding students toward professional nursing practice.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN or higher, is a licensed RN, and has at least 3 years of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent professional RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to nursing students.
• Evaluate student performance and clinical competency.
• Prepare progress and grade reports and maintain attendance records.
• Collaborate with faculty and clinical partners to support student success.
