Jersey College seeks an experienced Registered Nurse with a BSN or higher to join as a Nursing Instructor. The role delivers classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students, creating a supportive learning environment and guiding students in developing professional knowledge, skills, and behaviors.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, with a minimum of 3 years of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Requires BSN or higher in nursing and active RN license.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent professional RN experience.
• Preferred nursing education or teaching experience.
• Experience with clinical evaluation and competency assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students.
• Supervise students in clinical settings and ensure safe nursing practice.
• Evaluate student performance and progress using program guidelines.
• Prepare progress and grade reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and provide constructive feedback.
