Job summary

Unitek Learning Education Group Corp. seeks a nursing faculty member to support clinical education across programs.

You will collaborate with instructors to prepare, administer, and grade exams, ensure attendance and grading accuracy, and guide faculty orientation for theory and clinical courses. The role emphasizes adult-learning principles, maintaining accurate student records, and supervising student clinical experiences in partnered health facilities.

Qualifications

• No Previous Teaching experience is required, our Faculty Development training program will provide tools to help you be successful in a classroom setting.
• Hold a valid, active license issued by the State Board of Registered Nursing
• Master of Nursing or higher degree from an accredited college or university

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with instructors to prepare, administer, and grade examinations.
• Maintains attendance and grade records.
• Plans orientation of new faculty in theory and clinical facilities for courses.
• Utilizes adult learning principles in teaching.
• Keeps student records and assists with program data collection.
• Plans and supervises student clinical experiences
• Evaluates student performance relative to clinical learning outcomes

Education

Master of Nursing or higher degree from an accredited college or university

Active RN license (State Board of Nursing)
