Job summary

Unitek College is seeking an experienced nursing faculty member to facilitate learning, supervise clinicals and labs, and evaluate student performance. You will maintain records, advise students, and collaborate with program leadership to uphold accreditation standards.

Qualifications

4 years of experience as a Registered Nurse with current and unencumbered licensure.
Master of Science in Nursing required.
Meet faculty requirements set by RN board where you will work.
Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practice and ability to mentor students.
Background in educational methodology or current clinical practice/teaching concepts.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Facilitate student learning, provide instruction, and evaluate student learning for clinicals/labs/SCEs.
Supervise, debrief, and evaluate students in lab, clinical, SCE, and similar settings.
Be available to students via email, phone, or conferences.
Plan and supervise clinical experiences and ensure compliance with FERPA and program policies.
Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and records; submit on time.
