Job summary

Unitek Learning, a leading healthcare education organization, is seeking a qualified nursing educator to join its faculty. You will contribute to preparing nursing students for clinical practice, plan and supervise clinical experiences, and help maintain high standards of instruction across the program.

The role requires an active RN license, a Master of Nursing or higher, and at least four years of direct patient care.

Qualifications

• No previous teaching experience is required; faculty development training provided.
• Active RN license required in the state.
• Master's or higher in nursing or related field.
• At least four years of direct patient care experience.
• Clinical area expertise in Psychiatric, Geriatrics, Med/Surg, Pediatrics, OB-Gyn, or Mental Health.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with instructors to prepare, administer, and grade examinations.
• Maintain attendance records and submit grades.
• Plan orientation for new faculty in theory and clinical facilities.
• Utilize teaching principles for adult learners.
• Supervise student clinical experiences and evaluate performance.
• Submit program reports to the Director in a timely manner.
