Job summary

Optalis Healthcare is seeking a Full Time Hourly Nursing Customer Service Concierge at Kent Crossing in Grand Rapids, MI. The Concierge will oversee the customer service program, address inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure a positive Guest experience.

Daily, you will work with other departments to promote caring, teamwork, and high-quality service. You will manage service systems, greet new admissions, orient patients and families, and follow up to ensure needs are met.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet new admissions and orient patients and families.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Promote teamwork by communicating patients' needs and teamwork.
• Manage service systems including 1st Impressions Checklist, room readiness tool, surveys, and reviews.
• Provide routine reports to Administrator.
• Attend meetings as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
