Job summary

The Hutchinson Clinic is seeking a Staff Scheduler/Float Staff Supervisor to organize staffing for nursing departments, manage the float pool, and assist with timecard processing and payroll verification. You will oversee scheduling, attendance, and reporting, while maintaining strong communication with physicians, staff, and leadership.

Responsibilities include handling call-ins, sending daily float assignments by 7am, reviewing time-off requests, and coordinating new hire training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Call-in phone for absences and assignment requests.
• Sends out float assignments text by 7am daily.
• Reviews time off requests and responds within 72 hours.
• Manages the Float Schedule and updates daily.
• Interviews, hires, orients, trains and supervises float pool staff.
• Assists payroll to verify payroll accuracy.
