• Manage the Call-in phone for absences and assignment requests.
• Send out the float assignments text by 7am daily to floats and directors.
• Review time-off requests and respond within required timelines.
• Manage the Float Schedule and attendance records; update daily.
• Assist payroll verification and timecard processing.
• Interview, hire, orient, train, supervise and evaluate float pool staff.
• Conduct annual reviews for direct reports.
