UC San Diego is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support the Nursing Float Pool, handling scheduling, data analytics, and system maintenance. You will collaborate with HR, Education, and unit leadership to assign resources, run BI reports, and ensure compliance with training and regulatory requirements.

The role requires experience with ANSOS or similar scheduling tools, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills to coordinate across multiple units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of staffing experience using ANSOS or similar web scheduling program.
• Working knowledge of business intelligence functions and analytics.
• Working knowledge of internal databases, BI applications and tools with ability to produce reports.

Responsabilités

• ANSOS and Webscheduler system maintenance (update and reset, funding and codes).
• Interface maintenance (HealthTime, budget, acuity).
• Onboarding and training staff and unit leaders new to the system.
• Report/Audit maintenance for regulatory requirements.
