Job summary

Unitek College is seeking a qualified Nursing Faculty member to facilitate learning across clinicals, labs, and simulated environments. You will ensure students meet course competencies and provide timely feedback.

Responsibilities include supervising labs, conducting evaluations, maintaining records, and collaborating with the Academic Dean to support program quality and licensure requirements. Remote or on-site teaching arrangements may apply depending on campus needs.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience as a Registered Nurse with current licensure.
• Master of Science in Nursing required.
• Meet faculty requirements set by state nursing board.
• Experience mentoring students and strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning and evaluate student clinicals, labs, or simulations.
• Supervise and debrief students in labs, clinicals, and SCEs.
• Maintain attendance and FERPA-compliant records.
• Conduct grades and records management and submit by deadlines.
• Provide feedback on clinical performance after observations.
