Job summary

Unitek College is seeking a Nursing Faculty member to facilitate student learning across clinicals, labs, and simulated experiences. You will supervise and evaluate students, maintain accurate records, and stay current with licensure and education requirements.

Collaboration with program leadership is essential. This on-site role requires a Master of Science in Nursing, active RN licensure, and demonstrated teaching or clinical education experience.

Qualifications

• RN with current, unencumbered licensure.
• MSN degree required.
• Meet BRN faculty requirements in the state of work.
• Experience mentoring students and strong written/verbal communication.
• Knowledge of educational theory and teaching methods; or current clinical practice/distance education.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instruction and evaluate student learning across clinicals, labs, and SCEs.
• Supervise, debrief, and evaluate students in labs and clinicals.
• Maintain attendance, grades, and FERPA-compliant records.
• Deliver timely feedback on clinical performance after observations.
• Coordinate with Program Director and Academic Dean on scheduling and program requirements.
• Plan orientation for new faculty and participate in faculty meetings.
