Job summary

Unitek College is seeking an experienced nursing instructor to facilitate learning across clinicals, labs, and simulated experiences, ensuring students achieve course competencies as outlined. The role includes supervising students, debriefing sessions, and maintaining accurate attendance and grade records in a FERPA-compliant manner.

The instructor will stay current with nursing knowledge, participate in faculty development, and collaborate with program staff to ensure high-quality instruction

Qualifications

• 4 years of RN experience with current licensure.
• MSN degree required.
• Must meet RN Board faculty requirements in state.
• Strong teaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate student learning, provide instruction, and evaluate student learning for clinicals and labs.
• Supervise and debrief students in labs, clinicals, SCEs and similar settings.
• Maintain attendance and FERPA-compliant records, assign grades and submit records on time.
• Plan and supervise student clinical experiences and prepare final course evaluations.
