Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Administration or Business Administration or health-related degree is preferred.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active Nursing Home Administrator license.
• 2 years experience in a Supervisor role, healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures, as well as applicable laws and guidelines.

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility's programs and activities.
• Assist department directors in policy and procedure development and standards of practice.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies by all employees, residents, visitors, and the public.
• Conduct daily meetings to discuss survey findings and action plans.
• Develop plans of correction with timetables and monitoring to prevent recurrence.
• Recruit and evaluate department directors and staff; counsel as needed.
• Consult with directors to improve operations and services.
• Coordinate in-service and orientation training for staff.
