OPCO Skilled Management seeks an Administrator to oversee daily operations of the facility, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and supervise department managers to deliver high-quality clinical services and patient care.

You will align business plans with clinical goals, monitor performance metrics, and maintain premier customer service while guiding staff through policy updates and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Licensed as required by state law.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with residents, families, staff and providers.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal guidelines.
• Dependable with professional appearance.
• Minimum two years of healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the Compliance Officer for the facility.
• Ensures center compliance with federal, state and company regulations.
• Maintains high ethical standards in all practices and policies.
• Ensures standard of care and services meet quality expectations.
• Oversees forms and reports including licensure and financial reports.
• Reviews accounting records and incident reports; provides facility data.
