Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants and plan shift services.
• Complete and file required medical records and physician orders.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Maintain confidential resident information and ensure privacy.
• Provide IV care and monitor safety in equipment use.
• Conduct rounds with physicians as needed and support inter-department communication.
