Hireology is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator to lead operations at a long-term care facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and maintaining a resident-centered, community-focused environment.

The successful candidate will drive staff development, regulatory readiness, financial stewardship, and community relations while delivering compassionate care and safe, high-quality services to residents.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Administrator license from the state agency.
• Deep understanding of nursing home regulations and standards; able to manage state and federal survey process.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, expense control, and revenue enhancement experience.
• Skilled in marketing, special care programs, and ancillary service management.
• Genuine passion for serving the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Compliance with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations to ensure smooth, compliant performance aligned with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop staff through recruitment, orientation, training, and retention to foster a positive, productive work environment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by implementing policies and procedures that meet state and federal guidelines, including survey readiness and audit readiness.
• Manage business operations including admissions, billing, receivables/payables, payroll, and other financial aspects to maintain fiscal health.
• Drive community relations through outreach and marketing efforts to promote services and engage stakeholders.
• Enhance resident services by ensuring therapeutic, recreational, and rehabilitative programs meet resident needs.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment addressing nutritional, medical, and overall wellness needs in a caring setting.
