The administrator will oversee budgeting, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives, ensuring CMS, HIPAA, and OSHA compliance while fostering strong community partnerships and financial stewardship.

Qualifications

• Experience as Nursing Home Administrator or equivalent leadership role in long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of CMS, HIPAA, OSHA, and related regulations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, staffing, and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the facility, including budgeting and staffing.
