Mccormick is seeking a licensed nurse to provide direct care to residents in a long-term care setting. The role includes supervising nursing assistants, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring high-quality patient care in compliance with regulations.

You will admit, transfer, and discharge residents, document care, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians to optimize care outcomes. Strong leadership and English communication are essential.

Competenze

• Must hold an active RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience in Long-Term Care preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Mansioni

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants and plan the shift’s services.
• Complete and file admission, transfer and discharge forms; transcribe orders.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Maintain patient care records and ensure privacy.
• Provide rounds with physicians and IV care as needed.
• Ensure safety and confidentiality of resident information.
• Supervise unit operations to meet residents’ needs.
